  • Hawkwatch International

    A Raptor Research Non-Profit, Based in Salt Lake City

    The mission of HawkWatch International is to conserve our environment through education, long-term monitoring, and scientific research on raptors as indicators of ecosystem health.

  • Dugway Proving Ground: Environmental Services

    With the support of Robert Knight and the Department of Defense, Dugway Proving Ground has provided the funding and support to accomplish such a large mission. The Military Operating Area (MOA) is the largest in the country and encompasses most of western Utah - and the research study area. Robert Knight and Dugway Proving Ground saw the need for Golden Eagle monitoring in support of both the environment and military exercises and have been a tremendous help in this endeavor.

  • Rushing Avian Ecology Lab

    Dr. Clark Rushing has been a tremendous advisor and mentor in getting this research off the ground and into the academic setting. His support at USU and now from University of Georgia has been instrumental in making this project a well-rounded study.

  • Manlove Disease Ecology Lab

    Dr. Kezia Manlove’s expertise in both disease ecology and statistics has been key in creating a study design that allows for such breadth of co-variates. Her knowledge is heavily relied upon and has allowed the study to take on new aspects to the analyses.
